Our pricing structure reflects the education and experience of our staff. Prices listed are to be used as a guide only and may vary by hair type and length. All prices include GST. We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Eftpos.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
Cancellation of your appointment requires 48 hours notice.
We require this notice as last minute cancelations significantly impact our small business as we reserve this time specifically for you. Filling these gaps at short notice is difficult.
Therfore notice less than 48 hours or No Show appointments may result in a cancellation fee being charged if we are unable to re sell the appointment time.
Cancellation Fee is a minimum of $50 up to a maximum of 50% of the service value.
We will provide you with a confirmation message 72 hours prior to your appointment (so you have sufficient time to confirm or reschedule).
We reserve the right to cancel non confirmed appointments.
Significant Appointment Downgrades on the day
Similar to our cancellation policy, when you cancel a significant part of your service on the day (ie booking for cut, colour and treatment service, and on the day deciding to only proceed with the cut), this costs us significantly as it is difficult to fill this time.
We send you an appointment reminder 72 hours prior so you have significant time to modify your service. Therefore charges may apply for the deleted service if you change your mind on the day.
Note: this does not apply for simply modifying a service in consultation with your stylist to a similar style/time of service (ie. changing from one colour service to a more applicable colour service) .
Appointment Deposits
Some services may require a appointment deposit. In the event of last minute cancellation (within 48 hours) or No Show appointments this deposit will be non refundable.
Students and Children
We are happy to offer younger guests and students a 20% discount on cutting and primary colour services on Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri and Thursdays until 3pm. Discount applicable to children under 16 years and students (Student ID required). Discount is not available in conjunction with another offer or promotion. Discount is on cut and primary colour service only (ie. exculdes toners, treatments, blowdrys, styling etc).
